With nursing houses in the Randstad, and over 900 employees and 500 volunteers, WIJdezorg is one of the largest organisations in provising elderly care and welfare services in this region. In order to being able to keep guaranteeing high-quality and personalised care, Legit has proactively thought about marketing strategies to recruit more employees. This has resulted in several recruitment campaigns, with a new campaign starting every quarter of a year. By creating a cross-media strategy, we have managed to fill a lot of positions within the nursing houses of WIJdezorg. This strategy includes social content, bus advertising, printed materials, radio commercials, newspaper advertising, promotional videos and more.
