Finke Makelaars is a passionate and committed rental agency specialized in renting and letting residential spaces in the region of Leiden. The first objective for Legit was creating its corporate identity. We came up with ‘Finke’ as a brand name – which is a bastardisation of the founder’s last name – and then converted it into a unique brand image, including a logo, pay-off and other visual brand elements. After creating its corporate identity, we started making all the required content, like the indoor and outdoor signing, brochures, the multilingual website, and a social media ‘teaser’ campaign to officially launch the new company.

NEM Energy, originally established in 1929 in Leiden, the Netherlands, is back! The ‘Nederlandsche Electrolasch Maatschappij’ as a major economic factor, once determined a big part of the streetscape in Leiden. After the acquisition by Siemens Energy in 2011, NEM was temporarily gone. Until recently, because NEM is now officially back! With its comeback in Leiden, Legit is now its official marketing partner. Since we partnered up, we answer their marketing and branding needs by providing them with creative social content, print materials, photo shoots, promovideos and everything they require to further strengthen its global leading position in the field of Heat Transfer Technology.
